About True Life
Come Experience Next Level Ministry
True Life Community Worship Center (TLCWC) is a ministry that serves in the spirit of excellence, integrity, and compassion for our community, nation, and the world as a whole. We are compelled to reach those who are lost, hurt, and broken, by administering the healing word of Christ’s love through ministering and serving them at their point of need.
We are recognized for our dedication to academic and spiritual excellence; mentoring; and support for spiritual leaders. Our environment inspires maximum participation, promotes personal satisfaction, and supports and molds effective leadership.
We believe that the Holy Bible and only the Holy Bible, is the authoritative Word of God. There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is the Son, (the second person of the Trinity). He is the Only man ever to have lived a sinless life. Jesus Christ was conceived by God the Father (the first person of the Trinity), through the Holy Spirt (the third person of the Trinity), in the virgin Mary's womb; therefore He is the son of God.
We were saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ; His death, burial, and resurrection. Salvation is a gift from God, not a result of our good works, or of any human efforts. Repentance is the commitment to turn away from sin in every area of or lives and to follow Christ. Through repentance we receive forgiveness of our sins and appropriate salvation. Sanctification is the ongoing process yielding to God's Word and His Spirit in order to complete the development of Christ's character in us.
The Blood that Jesus Christ shed on the Cross of Calvary was sinless and is 100% sufficient to cleanse mankind of all sin. Water baptism: following faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, is commanded by the Word of God, every believer is to be baptized in water, in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. The Lords Supper: A unique time of communion in the presence of God when the elements of bread and grape juice (the Body and Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ) are taken in remembrance of Jesus' sacrifice and the Cross. Jesus Christ was physically resurrected from the dead in a glorified body 3 days after His death on the cross.
"Verily, verily, I say to you, he who believeth on Me, the works that I do, he shall also do; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father."
- John 14:12 (KJV)
